CedarHybrids Reconditioning Services
Sadly, you may encountered the Red Triangle of Death with the infamous POA80 code. It’s time for CedarHybrids to either replace or recondition your hybrid battery.
Utilizing a custom proprietary battery diagnostic test bench, CedarHybrids will identify the good, weak and bad modules that need to be reconditioned or replaced.
Many of the reconditioning services promoting battery rebuilding are simply measuring voltage and picks this or that as bad. This approach is not much more than a roll of dice with hopes of picking the bad ones. Gambling never produces the results you need.
Warranty Services
Cedar Batteries believes in the value of its’ customer’s satisfaction. We do the absolutely best that can be done to successfully recondition your battery. If your battery fails you, Cedar will provide its’ reconditioning services at no additional charge. Simply, bring us the battery and we will do what needs to be done to build your battery to the best state possible. Parts and removal / replacement in your car are not included in the warranty.
CedarHybrids Process
CedarHybrids has a clearly defined process to encourage successful reconditioning of your battery.
Step One: Run diagnostics on your car to determine if your battery needs replaced or reconditioned.
Step Two: Choose whether you will be removing your battery from your car or will you be driving / towing your car to the Cedar Batteries shop for removal.
Step Three: CedarHybrids will tear down your battery pack to the module level and connect all modules to the test bench for diagnostics. The cycling process to identify quality of battery modules takes about a day.
Step Four: Replace bad modules and provide an option for you to replace any modules that appear weak and may fail in the future.
Step Five: Run additional reconditioning cycles with original and replaced batteries to create a “balanced” battery pack.
Step Six: Reassemble the battery pack and install back into your car.
Step Seven: Enjoy a new ride and be assured CedarHybrids will be there for any warranty repairs required.
